This position is for a full-time front desk assistant in a BUSY optometric practice. Optical experience is also highly sought after but not mandatory. Duties will include (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) greeting patients, answering phones, insurance authorization and filing, check-out and handling phone shoppers with scripted information. Any candidates who have experience with accounts payable and administrative assistance will be considered FIRST.
Must be VERY warm, friendly and have the ability to MULTI-TASK. Experience in a healthcare environment is a must, preferably in an optometric front office. Email resumes please.
