STANDARD ENTERPRISES HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN CANTON
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repair orders
Perform preventative maintenance
Make ready units after move outs
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
Great work ethic
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle a physical workload
Ability to perform small engine troubleshooting
Experience in painting interior/exterior
Grounds keeping
Experience repairing lawn equipment
Deadline and detail oriented
