Confidential property management company is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor for a community in a suburb of Jackson, Mississippi.

You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of your property. Duties include, but are not limited to: Repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lighting. Preparing units for move-ins. Supervising and training maintenance staff members. Taking emergency calls. Controlling stock and inventory. Assisting with safety inspections.
Education: High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training. Experience in the property management industry is required. RealPage product usage experience is beneficial. HVAC certification is required.
Qualifications: Ability to climb stairs, lift up to weight of appliances, use/grip tools/equipment;
proficiency in reading, writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal communications. Must hold a valid Driver’s License. Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations.
