Gray Daniels Toyota Now Seeking a Rental Car Manager

As a Rental Car Manager you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focused Rental Coordinator who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe Rental Car Coordinator is responsible for assisting and coordinating all car rentals for our guest.
Greet arriving customers with a smile and escort them to the service advisor or customer lounge
Relocate vehicles from the service drive to designated location around the dealership parking areas and repair location throughout the dealership
Assist in managing 50+ vehicles in our loaner fleet
Assign, file and manage loaner agreements, receipts, customer documents and various loaner vehicle documents
Communicate continuously with service advisors about customer's arrival times
Maintain customer lounge keeping the area neat and clean at all times, ensuring snacks and beverages are readily available for waiting customers
Work with the valet coordinator, delivering valet loaner agreements and required documents for valet loaner pickup or delivery
Complete loaner & rental agreements / documents for service advisors and customers
Upon completion of service work, return customers vehicle to service lane
Training will be provided
Drive loaner vehicles off property for refueling
Must be at-least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must pass pre employment screening (background and drug )
