On Time Maids & Janitorial LLC is hiring individuals to grow our commercial janitorial base including residential. You will contact medical / dental facilities, apartment complexes (move out services), real estate agents (home showing), commercial offices, Air BNB hosts, etc. You will be calling on commercial businesses to schedule a walk through to provide them with a quote. You will be supplied with leads through CRM and a phone line to make calls.
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package which includes commission and bonuses. With our robust compensation package our OTE is $65k-$100k per year. You will earn up to 15% of the gross billable amount for the job. For example, you sell an apartment complex for their move out residents. They average 20 move outs per month; your compensation would be estimated at $576 minimum per month and that is just based off one apartment complex. The compensation is only based off a 1 bed/1 bath unit. 2bd/2bth unit or higher would earn you even more. You will also earn compensation on our add on service with Breezy Med™ disinfection system that you can schedule as a stand alone or add on service.
Job Requirements
2+ years of cold calling, telemarketing, b2b experience and/or appointment scheduling experience
Monday-Friday 9am EST-5pm EST
Schedule a minimum10 walk throughs a week
Set solid walk-through appointments
Bonus structure for more than 10 walk throughs per week
