2018 was a great year for our company and we're looking for a few new sales pros from your
area to make 2019 even better! My name is Brian Fitzpatrick and I am an Independent
Recruiting Agent for a great company with an exciting opportunity for a few new sales pros
from your area.
Listen to this; thousands of customers are calling every day after they've seen our nationwide
commercials on major television channels asking us to send sales representatives to their home
when they're ready to buy one of our above-ground pools. But before we do that, we actually
pre-approve all of our customer's credit before we agree to send you to their homes. You will
never run a more qualified appointment. Our customers are already pre-approved for a loan
and are ready to buy today! Also, we're going to pay you $25 in gas money for each one of
your first ten appointments to help you out in the beginning. How cool is that?
Our lead generation department works hard to provide you with at least 2-3 credit pre-
approved appointments every day and if you're just an average closer (which is ok), you'll close
at least 40-50% of every appointment you run That's 4-6 sales per week times an average
commission of $600-$800.00 PER SALE plus bonuses, that's at least $2,500-3,500.00 PER
WEEK
This position begins immediately, so you must be willing to start this Wednesday or this Sunday,
not next week, next month or next year. You must be willing to start this Wednesday or Sunday

1. is this a 1099 position?
Yes this is a Commission only independent contractor position.
2. Is this full-time or part-time position?
This is a full-time 6 days a week Position we do not offer part-time hours.
3. What is the territory that I will cover?
You will cover an area that is a 2 hour radius of your home address. That means you will have the opportunity to cover your home neighbor hood and your next stop can be 2 hours away.
4. What is the Product?
Swimming pools that range from $299 to $10,000 in price.
5. How many appointments will I get?
You will get 2-3 a Day sometimes 4 a day.
6. What is the company ave. to close the sale.
40-50%
7. How much commissions do you get per sale?
$600-$800 which will be a 50%-50% split of the profits.
8. What is the training do you offer?
Training is a mandatory 2.5 day class if you live over 50 miles we will pay for your hotel in advance, also pay for breakfast and provide you with your sales kit, we will never ask for a dime for anything.

10. How often do you get paid?
Pay day is on the 5th and the 20th of each month.
11. Do you have to wait until the pool gets installed to be paid?
No, if the pool has not been installed yet you get 75% of your commission with the remaining to be paid after the installation.
12. What is required of me to be considered for this amazing opportunity?
YOU MUST HAVE {no exceptions} a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance, a smart phone and a social security card. You will have to have at least two sales experiences jobs and also be familiar with working commission only position. If chosen to attend training and to work for us, We will need a photo copy of this information to bring to the training center, please do not show up without it.
