Looking for self-motivated, self starting, highly energetic sales professionals with Roofing and Construction knowledge.
First off, there is no salary nor is there any hourly pay in this position it is strictly commission and performance-based. The harder and smarter you work and the better you are at your job the more you will make. You can realistically make over $100,000 your first year. But you have to work.
Secondly, you will be required in this position to climb a ladder, knock on doors, and talk to people. If you can't do those things don't apply.
Third, if you're lazy and don't want to get up and get out and go to work, don't apply. Not trying to be mean to anyone but I'm extremely busy and if you're not willing to get up and get out and get to work on your own and be a big boy or a big girl I don't don't waste my time. I've raised my children.
