Carolina Pool Consultants is seeking a reliable gunite nozzle-man / finisher who is looking to take the next step in their career and earn the best pay the industry has to offer. The perfect candidate has 3-5 years of experience working on a gunite crew (finishing, etc.) and is wanting to move up in status with a growing small business. CPC specializes in building residential, in-ground gunite swimming pools and owns their own gunite company - meaning the nozzle-man will immediately be in a position of growth and leadership.
An important aspect of this position is that pay is not dependent on number of yards shot, it is a salaried full-time position with only 2 days a week shooting about 50 yards total, and 4 days supervising other aspects of the build. We will provide training for this supervisory role. We expect an exceptional attitude, punctuality and a willingness to learn from every candidate. Our equipment is brand new and its maintenance will be conducted by the candidate and our team.
For the right candidate, we will pay the full cost to relocate after bringing you in for a trial interview or having us come to you to observe your skills at your current occupation. We will also supply your lodging during your trial.

Nuestro equipo es completamente nuevo y su mantenimiento será realizado por el candidato y nuestro equipo.
