Title: SAP ABAP HR Developer Location: Jackson, MS Duration: 12+ months
Job Description: The client is looking for an SAP ABAP HR Developer to provide SAP HR development support for the SuccessFactors ECP, ECC Time, and ECC Travel implementation. The resource will serve as a member of the SuccessFactors ABAP team and will work alongside State resources on development objects for the MAGIC HR implementation. Must-Have:
Experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
Development experience with SAP ECC HR on-premises system.
Experience working with SAP implementation and operational system for a Public Sector Client
Experience in training/knowledge transfer to public sector employees from entry-level and above.
Knowledge with State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development.
Experience integrating SAP ECC HR on-premises system with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system.
The candidate should have worked on integration between SuccessFactors EC/ECP and SAP on-premises HCM, plus non-SAP systems.
Experience with SAP Portal support.
Experience with WebDynPro.
Experience with workflow development and maintenance.
Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents.
Experience with analysis and development activities to determine and resolve root causes of SAP development system issues.
