DescriptionThe Channel Development Lead defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.ResponsibilitiesThe Channel Development Lead for Sales Enablement:· Creates and maintain onboarding training for new hires on outside and inside sales teams· Creates and maintain HSP training materials specific to role…outside and inside sales teams· Creates and maintain specialty specific training materials for outside and inside sales teams· Monitor competitive space and educate sales team on market activities · Primary marketing liaison to create presentation pieces for outside and inside sales teams· Supplement manager field coaching to support ongoing sales training with providersThis role will collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales educational plans. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

2 or more years of training experience

2 or more years of specialty pharmacy experience

Ability to effectively facilitate and present to groups and leadership

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Brainshark platform a plus
