Requirements:
1-3 Years of hands-on IT experience, entry level tech school
Experience installing new and/or expand existing PC-based systems Facilitate software/hardware installations and upgrades as by the Lead and Project Manager
Basic printer experience Experience supporting workstations
Experience imaging workstations Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Job Scope/Position Description:
Install and configure identified IT hardware Not limited to PCs, Thin Client, Monitors, Document Scanners, Mounting Arms, Peripheral Devices, Printers and other devices that are used by End Users Follow organization documented processes to the letter Unbox hardware and dispose of all material correctly Image workstations Take daily direction from a project representative and report back progress daily
