Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for an IT/ Manufacturing Technology Leader with one of our leading clients in Monticello, MS. This is a full-time, permanent role is with one of the largest manufacturing companies in the world. Excellent benefits are provided and relocation assistance is available! This individual will be responsible for innovation, processes, and technology within our manufacturing mill. A true ‘Big Picture’ role within the plant. The ideal candidate comes from the manufacturing industry and has worked recently within IT and technology infrastructure. You will serve as a liaison between our corporate office and the manufacturing facility, helping to innovate, implement new technology, automate processes, etc. This role will have 1-2 direct reports but will also oversee numerous vendors. Strategy is also an important aspect of this role. Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment – familiarity with PLC’s, DCS’s, process controls, etc.
IT Infrastructure experience – knowledge of Servers, desktops, ERP software, firewalls, etc.
Current or prior Leadership experience – leading teams of 1-2 or more resources
