Process accounts payable, including time entry and filing.
Retrieve NSF checks and maintain all records pertaining to NSF's.
Assist accounting manager with monthly and annual close.
Ensure timely reconciliations on bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
Participate in internal/external audits.
Prepare and file sales tax reports.
Complete special projects as assigned.
