RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist all customers fulfilling orders.
Must have prior customer service experience and a great smile.
Baking cookies and taking customer orders in store and for delivery.
Cash handling
We start at 8am and we close late at 3am.
REQUIREMENTS:
Legally eligible to work in the US
Customer Service experience, a must
Making and preparing food
Can stand for several hours a day
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to work nights and weekends

You are our MVB (Most Valuable Baker)! As the ultimate Insomniac, not only do you get to bake our Warm and Delicious cookies, but you will also get to help prepare those cookies for delivery! You are the point person at the front of the store for building orders at the Point of Sale, suggestive selling, cash handling, and interacting with customers. You are an expert at delivering exceptional face to face interactions, and are therefore at the center of how we share the Cookie Magic with other Insomniacs.
