Delivery Driver / & Helper/ Experienced Set Up Specialist needed for Appliance Deliveries & Set Up Installations

$35,000 - $45,000 a year, with a $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS for all new employees
Dream Mega Transport has an exciting opportunity for a professional (Non-CDL) Driver / Delivery and Experienced Appliance Set Up Specialist to work out of our distribution center in Memphis, TN. We are also seeking qualified experienced helpers to assist with the unloading of the different appliances from the trucks. The Helper must have some experience as well with connecting different type of appliances to the line fittings in different homes.
We are one of the fastest growing Appliance delivery companies in the Memphis, TN area. We specialize in delivering and setting up different appliances such as Dish Washers, Refrigerators, Washers, and Dryers. This is a very physical job as our Driver and Helper Delivery Specialists may set up multiple new Appliance units throughout the day on pre-scheduled delivery routes each day during our typical Monday - Saturday work week. We will provide the required tools needed to set up all the appliances, and our associates typically work five to six days out of the week.
We deliver appliances throughout all the zip codes, and Memphis, TN, and the surrounding cities in Mississippi.
All our associates are required to perform the following tasks as well:
Load and off-load trucks
Assist with the small Set up of each Appliance that is delivered
Organize and keep assigned 26 ft Box Truck clean at all times
Qualifications for this job include but are not limited to:
Willing to embrace the physical aspects of the position
Drivers must be Safe Drivers and follow all safety/driving laws while delivering the Appliances
Helpers must assist with the unloading & setting Up of all delivered Appliances as the driver helper
Both drivers and helpers must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Drivers must have Safe Driving Record
Drivers & Helpers both must have a neat appearance and always be polite to the customers
Follow all standard installation procedures for the proper set up of all delivered Appliances
The ability to follow direction and have a "Whatever it takes" attitude.
Exercise safety precautions in all areas of your workplace (Both onsite and offsite)
Communicate effectively with your supervisor and co-workers
Ensure scheduled delivery times are adhered to for all deliveries and pickups
Adhering to our Code of Business Ethics is an essential requirement for this positon

Preferred candidates should have at least 1 years of experience, with the installation and all required line connections with the following appliances listed below:

Drivers: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 / year - depending on experience level
Helpers: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year - depending on experience level
Experience:
Drivers: Driving a 26 Ft box truck / Appliance handling & installation: 1 years (Required) & able to install all of the appliances listed above.
Helpers: Appliance & Installation: 1 years' experience preferred
