We are looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor and a HVAC certified maintenance person for a multi-family property in Greenwood, MS.
As part of our maintenance team, you are responsible but not limited to maintaining the appearance of the property, to assist with preventative maintenance, and perform other duties assigned by the property manager and or management. Your duties may include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, a/c repair or replace, installation of floor and tile, and other.
Requirements:
Experience in the apartment industry is required.
Must own and have proper tools.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. due to lifting, carrying, and or pushing of appliances, items or machinery.
HVAC Certification and License is a plus.
