PRODUCTION CONTROL SUPPORT forour direct client. Location: Southaven, MS Duration: 6 Months. Description
Assist with the Production Order Management and Inventory Control activities within Service Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for work order management and processing i.e. goods movement transactions, configuration issues, variances and month-end activities
Supports resolving RMA/production errors with minimal disruption
Supports closure of quality notification tasks
Assists with maintaining material master data integrity
Assist in tracking/expediting material shortages
Assist in managing control cycles, kanban and bin sizing for internal material replenishment
Recognize and illuminate process improvements
Support Ad hoc requests
Required Skills
Associates degree preferred and 1+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Understanding of general manufacturing practices preferred.
Understanding of business information systems, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Inventory, change order and work order management experience a plus
Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
Motivated, enthusiastic and a team player
