SummaryPosition SummaryThe Tele-Sales Specialist makes sales calls on assigned groups of customers via telephone, e-mail, and fax to establish and qualify clients/prospects. Establishes, maintains, and expands client lists and keeps daily record of calls and information requests sent. Takes orders, closes sales, and prepares appropriate documentation. We help position our partners to consistently beat their competition and to grow their business.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesJob Duty· Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls and correspondence to achieve sales closes, call and touch-point goals· Deepen relationships with existing customers, which may include any expanding clients purchased by customer· Expand customer base and customer distribution as process well as troubleshooting product complaints· Continue to add clients purchased by customer· Meet or exceed clients’ goals for sales, distribution and promotional volume by working all related departments· Utilize appropriate sales materials and data to deliver fact-based solutions to customersSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports

Minimum QualificationsEducation Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experienceField of Study/Area of Experience: N/A

1 Year of foodservice channel experience or related field

3-5 years of experience in foodservice channel is preferred
