Goodwill Store is seeking a Retail Assistant Supervisor. Responsible for assuring a high level of guest and donor service. Assists with supervision of retail and/or production activities to ensure that goals are met in production and sales. Ensure that policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed. Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices
Goodwill sites are subject to changing and unpredictable circumstances, especially regarding the ebb and flow of donations and the need to efficiently move a significant volume of goods through the processing and retail store system. This position is expected to be responsive to these needs; showing initiative to accomplish the tasks at hand and being prepared to move between assignments as priorities change. Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail and/or production operations.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, or carrying for extended periods. Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.

Yellowstone County is seeking an Election Assistant II to register voters, maintain election data files in the County; train and recruit election judges; assist in general office management, provide secretarial and administrative support for the Election Department; does related duties as required.
Examples of Duties:
- Researches and reports on Montana Codes relevant to elections;
- Maintains petition log and verifies signatures;
- Conducts absentee voting process, receiving ballots by mail or in person;
- Processes absentee ballots, ensuring accurate counting;
- Assists voters covered under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizen Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA).
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent;
- Two (2) years\' clerical/secretarial experience; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Experience in recruitment and training employees.
- Experience in the use of multi-phone lines, customer service tasks and the maintenance of records and files beneficial.

Yellowstone County is seeking a Legal Assistant to perform a wide variety of legal assistant and administrative support functions for the County Attorney and staff Attorneys as they prepare for and try civil and criminal cases in Yellowstone County; does related work as required.
This position requires multi-tasking, independent work performance, independent problem solving, and determining deadline priorities for attorneys. This position also requires a comprehensive level of understanding of the court system, legal terminology, confidentiality, and services available on a local and statewide basis to assist the public.
Examples of Duties:
- Performs a variety of complex legal assistant, secretarial and administrative support processes and procedures and analyzes a variety of subject matter required to determine appropriate actions to be implemented;
- Formats, prepares and proofs a wide variety of time-sensitive complex legal documents, including briefs, memos, complaints, affidavits, warrants, summons, writs, motions, notices, stipulations, findings of fact, judgments, petitions, warrants, dismissals and related papers in accordance with instructions or established customs and procedures, including e-filing;
- Attends Law and Motion, Omnibus Hearings, Trial Status Hearings, DN Hearings and Warrant Court (as required) assists assigned attorney during courtroom proceedings;
- Studies case files and prepares proposed court orders for use by judges in criminal, domestic and civil actions, judgments, and dispositions after sentencing occurs;
- Maintains Youth Court calendars, schedules hearings and attends Youth Court with assigned attorney and takes notes of the proceedings, as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate\'s Degree in Legal Assistant Studies, Criminal Justice, or closely related field; and
- Minimum of one (1) years\' legal assistant, or legal secretary experience; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training totaling three (3) years.
- May be required to become CJIN/NCIC certified within six (6) month probationary period, if applicable;
- Notary Public within six (6) month probationary period, if applicable.

Recreation Assistant Internship - $20.00 per hour - Two (2) Positions Available.
Must meet minimum age requirements. Preferred December 2024 - April 2025. Can be flexible on dates. Recreation Assistant Intern will work with Parks and Recreation staff to provide ongoing program coordination assistance for the department\'s recreation programs. Incumbent will aid in quality control and will be responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, scheduling, and implementation of specialized recreation programs for youth/teens, adults, seniors, and families in the areas of sports, fitness, wellness, camps, aquatics, outdoor adventure, education, special events, and/or other specialized interest areas.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student who desires hands-on experience in the recreation field. Recreation Assistant will work directly under the Recreation Specialists to assist in developing and overseeing aspects of all programs, events, projects, leagues, etc. This includes but not limited to; planning, marketing, providing excellent customer service, coordinating, scheduling, operations, participating, leading, and oversight. Interns should be excellent role models, positive, creative, safety-conscious, and have knowledge of a variety of activities and sports. Intern may serve and help direct staff when additional oversight or assistance is needed such as on weeknights and weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Intern will assist in the development, coordination, scheduling, and implementation of recreation programs and special events.
- Assist in evaluating program success and recommend improvements or changes for the future.
- Work alongside program staff during on-field programs and events.
- Will assist in other programs and areas of Parks and Recreation as needed.
- Will work directly with and supervise other seasonal employees.
- Assist other members of Parks and Recreation staff as needed.
- May be required to work some nights and weekends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Working towards a degree in Parks and Recreation, Sports Management or Education/Youth Development or related degree.
- Demonstrated decision-making and leadership skills.
- Excellent inter-personal verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success working in a team environment and independently.
- Most possess a Valid Driver\'s License.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks while maintaining timeliness, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be PC proficient with experience in MS Word, Power Point and advanced Excel skills.
- The ability to work 30-40 hours per week; nights and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Incumbent subject to pre-employment background check and drug test.
Schedule: 30 - 40 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, including nights and weekends.
