In this role, Service Technicians perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and dealer-owned copier equipment.   • LTL Drivers provide excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries of customer orders. Drivers make pick-ups as necessary, performs general warehouse duties and customer assistance as needed. This job includes longer day trips to our central warehouses to smaller locations. While these trips are normally less than four hours each, there is the potential of occasional overnight trips. This individual must perform all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner and by performing the duties listed below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Load truck accurately and safely for customer deliveries. - Unload truck as needed at vendor and/or branch locations. - Drive company vehicle to make customer deliveries and stock pick-ups, obeying traffic laws and safety procedures. - Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials and acceptable driving record. - Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety rules. Inform manager of any potentially hazardous conditions. - Treat external and internal customers and associates with courtesy and respect. - Fill customer orders by retrieving material from the warehouse and other locations. - Check in and put away material, verifying quantities and quality of received material. - Maintain a tidy delivery vehicle. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - 0-3 years of driving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - DOT Certification may be required. Must possess a valid driver?s license. WORKING CONDITIONS - Regular business hours.
