ProfessionalPosition Purpose:Identify, assess and monitor risks, incidents and threats, such as inclement weather, public relations, emergency situations, and cyber security threats; provide information to management via a profile or report, including crime and incident statistics provided from intelligence gathering toolsProactively assess potential risks for various locations, such as crime statistics, and provide recommendation on how to mitigate riskAssess unforeseen threat developments and recommend changes in security direction and approachCoordinate internally and externally regarding on-going or coordinated activities and investigations; researches information contributing to threat and risk analysisCoordinate the risk model program with internal teams, and assign risk levels for all facilitiesThrough various informational platforms, identify, assess, report, and provide mitigation recommendations for risks, threats, and incidents that can impact Centene Corporation’s business operations, employees, and/or assets.Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Criminology, Criminal Justice or a related field or equivalent experience; 3+ years of experience with intelligence gathering toolsLicense/Certification:Ability to obtain and maintain City & County Security Officer LicenseCentene is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, and values the ways in which we are different.
