Providence Home Care, LLC is looking for Human Resource Specialist to join our team.
This is currently a part-time, 20-25 hours per week position (may change to a full-time in the future) responsible for managing the HR function in our company.
Job Main Duties:
Manage Job ads and postings
Perform screening, recruiting and interviewing of candidates
Contact references and perform mandatory background checks on job applicants
Educate new hires about job details, duties, benefits and working conditions
Conduct new hire orientations, and compile and prepare new hire orientation packets.
File paperwork and maintain employment records.
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum 3 years in an HR role
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Current knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR policies and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to effectively manage time and multiple priorities
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
PHR/SHRM or other HR related certificates, preferred.
