Looking for that Super sharp, Tech savvy, uber friendly and engaging, ORGANIZED and fun reception and office hub. preferrably someone who doesnt have alot going on for the next couple months and can devote most of your focus to us and our mission.

Ideally, I would love to have someone who is simply massively overqualified, LOCAL and well connected, can manuever and complete alot of tasks because you just happen to know everybody in town (Too Much? haha)

Hail Inc. Auto Hail Repair is a busy Catastrophic automotive hail repair company. We're based out of Denver Colorado. We are Temporarily servicing the customers recently affected by the violent hail storm that came thru Jefferson City last Friday. We expect clean-up will take between 2 and 3 months. We specialize in paint-less dent repair / body shop restoring each customers vehicle to its pre-damage condition. need a strong, customer focused Office Admin / Reception to insure our customer experience and is successful. We offer advancement opportunities within the organization in sales, service and admin. and will train on all expected roles and responsibilities.

We are seeking an energetic Reception/office admin to join our team. This multifaceted role will be in direct contact with our customers as well as supporting the overall team and plays a critical role in helping the office and service production operations run smoothly.

This position is a customer facing position so candidates should be positive, friendly and comfortable greeting and talking with customers in person and on the phone.

Top candidates will be smart, personable, reliable and extremely organized.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and data entry

Record transactions, record and manage appointments and scheduling

Keep customer balances current, collect on accounts if past due

General office administrative duties - ordering supplies, filing/scanning, organization, maintaining

equipment, etc.

Order and manage parts inventories

Customer service -greet guests, answer phones, assist with questions, set up rental car reservations, schedule

delivery etc

Streamline office operations to improve efficiency

Assist estimators with insurance estimating process

Assist Leadership as needed.

Requirements:

General Automotive knowledge

Computer savvy and adaptable to new software

Excellent organizational skills we use google suite

Great customer service skills

Flexible, adaptable personality

Strong commitment to a dynamic, small team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position is a full time contract position, The time requirement to complete the contract will

likely run 40-45 hours M-F 8:30-5:00 during our busy season

you will be paid as an independent contractor
