Job Posting End Date:Sensata Technologies, one of the world's leading suppliers of sensing, electrical protection, control and power management solutions, recently completed the acquisition of Spear Power Systems. The acquisition of Spear advances Sensata’s electrification portfolio and strategy into new clean energy markets and enables the Company to deliver more comprehensive energy storage solutions to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers in specialty transportation markets.The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports regarding status of project.-General ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members and bringing solutions/opportunities

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Experience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) with at least 5 or more years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience of at least 9 or more years.

Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation

Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
