Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for Senior Financial Controls and/or Senior Financial Operations Analysts to join the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Fighter and Strike Division Finance team supporting either the F-15 United States Air Force (USAF) program or the F/A-18 United States Navy (USN) program located in a virtual capacity.At Boeing, we are all about building the habits of seek, speak and listen to helps us to drive better business outcomes and strengthen our global team. By fully embracing them, we can improve our quality, safety, integrity and inclusion outcomes.There are unique opportunities to lead and support various BGS F-15 USAF or F/A-18 USN Financial Controls and/or Financial Operations efforts within the BGS Fighter and Strike Division. Although work location is virtual, travel may be required on company-related business at the frequency and duration as determined necessary in the company’s sole discretion. This position will work directly with either the BGS F-15 USAF or the F/A-18 USN Business Managers and Senior Program Managers to effectively manage the cost and schedule baselines, estimates at complete (EACs), performance and variance reporting for both full-DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations) and non-DFARs, customer cost reports, monthly financial profit and loss forecasts and annual long range business plans, and associated opportunities and risks analysis.Position Responsibilities:Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques for establishing, reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining program baselines, monitoring weekly and monthly program performance. This includes variances analysis and risk management.

Lead monthly and quarterly Estimate at Complete (EACs) for developing, analyzing and maintaining control accounts, and identifying and communicating opportunities and risks.

Establish, analyze, and maintain program baselines, including target, undistributed budget (UB), and management reserve (MR) logs

Maintain cross functional integration with Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Material Cost Analysts (MCA), IWT Financial Operations, IWT MCA, C&FSM, Prime Financial Controls, Program Management, and Contracts.

Support monthly financial profit and loss forecasts and annual Long Range Business planning activities, along with identifying and communicating opportunities and risks

Drive effective cash flow management best practices to ensure timely and maximum cash

Coordinate charge-line and offload setup, maintenance, and other work authorization documentation.

Support BGS Fighter and Strike (F&S) Financial Controls and Operations initiatives, process / tool improvements, and training efforts.

Support monthly Business Performance Reviews (BPRs) and Program Management Meetings (PMMs) and preparation for those reviews

Provide oversight, guidance, and on-the-job training to various program stakeholders

Support BGS Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE) conversion efforts

Support management with timely and reliable financial information.

Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field

Experience performing financial analysis, controls, or operations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, time management, and workload prioritization skills

Earned Value Management experience for both full-DFARs and non-DFARs

Experience working with financial tools (i.e. CSPR Cobra & OPP, IRE, EPAS, FPCR, EAS, etc.)

Experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets) and other MS Office products such as: Outlook and Power Point
