Description: Our client is currently seeking a Integrated Support Planning & Management 4
Main job responsibilities:
o Supports the F/A-18 Data Analytics team
o Manages F/A-18 investments in leading edge capabilities
o Manages Investment, Research and Development (IRAD) projects associated with F/A-18 program and supports the F/A-18 Integrated Product Support (IPS) contract execution and deliverables
o Support, discuss, and present strategy and status to FA-18 Integrated Readiness Team and BGS Senior Leadership
o Monitor USN data in systems to analyze maintenance events and trends for action
o Work across functions such as Field Service, IPS elements, Supply Chain, & Data Scientists to develop solutions to improve system readiness
o Develops/manages requirements for new capabilities
o Provides verification/validation (tests) for new data analytics capabilities prior to going to full production
o Accesses USN/DOD systems to obtain data for analysis
o Participate in calls to update fleet readiness details, take/direct actions for specific operational events, and provide feedback to ILS elements for improved products/deliverables
o Interface with the customer, suppliers, and subject matter experts
o Develops and tracks key performance indicators
o Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Top 3-5 Skills needed to perform this role/job:
o 5+ years' experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements and their products
o Minimum 5 years of Military logistics and/or aircraft maintenance experience (Preferably USN)
o Minimum 3 years of experience working with data interpretation and analysis using USG tools such as Deckplate and/or AMSRR
o Minimum 5 years of experience interpreting, analyzing, and developing data for support requirements
o Experience with using data base tools or data analysis or other data science tools
o Minimum 3 years Project management experience
Software skills required: Microsoft office suite; working knowledge of DoD tools like Deckplate and AMSRR; data analysis tools or data science tool knowledge; project management tools
