Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: The Global Mobility Relocation team is seeking a Relocation Operations Lead, remote in the US. In this hands-on role, you will play at all levels, e.g., develop and lead process improvement initiatives, develop, and execute on communications and change management globally, steward training and education, establish global scalable best practices, drive decision making based on data and insights with recommendations, and lead the Relocation teams roadmap. Key to this role is the ability to partner cross functionally to support and enable our Relocation teams to deliver holistic people movement solutions. This is a new role on our team and is critical to our scale at a time of significant growth for our company. This position is remote in the US, reports to the Global Relocation Leader and will have at least one direct report. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience scaling operations in a high growth and dynamic environment, excel at partnering with cross functional stakeholders to influence relocation processes and programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate agility, and navigate ambiguity. You will design, implement, and execute on relocation initiatives and projects across our relocation programs globally.Required Skills: Lead and execute on relocation projects/initiatives

develop global scalable solutions, process improvement, documentation, and training to ensure operational excellence and scale of the org in close partnership with the Relocation Leadership team.

Develop toolkits and best practices to equip our relocation organization with tools and resources aimed at increasing efficiencies and driving toward our long-term vision.

Provide input and guidance in the design implementation and continual improvement of our relocation program, policies, standards, and processes across our team to deliver a premium, integrated mobility experience for all Meta people.

Lead and develop your team member(s) providing timely feedback and cultivating an inclusive team and learning environment.

Lead and execute on strategies to manage relocation content across our internal resources.

Create and execute on relocation communication plans, including organization wide updates.

Lead change management globally and education strategies for our relocation team and stakeholders.

Analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions, develop and lead monthly relocation reporting to capture program metrics.

Seek opportunities to drive automation and minimize manual processes and interventions.

Collaborate across the Relocation Team, Global Talent Mobility Org, cross functional teams, and external vendors to navigate complex relocation solution building

partner with our leads and cross-functional teams globally, all-the-while incorporating critical feedback from the business and our cross-functional partners.

Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across the Global Talent Mobility Org, with Recruiting and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. HR, Legal, Finance, etc.).

Partner with the Global Relocation Leader and Global Supply Chain Leader to give input and help lead operational projects partnering with our relocation vendors as needed.

Manage and escalate system and processing issues and liaise with internal business partners on resolution.

Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of program management/project management experience in HR

3+ years of Global Mobility experience

3+ years of experience as a People Manager

Experience with project management across multiple work-streams and in partnership with cross functional stakeholders

Experience with strategic operations, consulting, and designing data-driven program strategies

Interpersonal, communication skills including experience in crafting a narrative, influencing audiences, and conveying technical or process-centric information

Experience in thinking through end-to-end solutions to improve the processes and anticipate/mitigate systemic blind spots

Experience in handling complex, ambiguous situations exercising judgement and critical thinking skills

Experience in working effectively with data, analyze and present insights, develop and deliver presentations of key results

Demonstrated skill operating in a fast pace, high growth and highly collaborative environment

Experience in developing methods to automate manual processes

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, international studies or related area

Program management or operations leadership experience within HR/Recruiting

Consulting or professional services experience

Global Mobility or related credential(s) e.g., GMS, CPA, CRP, GPHR

2+ years of diversity & inclusion program management experience

Knowledge of MS Excel data analysis/manipulation, including pivot tables, V-lookups, chart creation, commercially available automation/workflow tools (e.g., Alteryx, Automation Anywhere) and knowledge of data insight/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qualtrics)
