From buildings and servers, to prototypes and ideas, we ensure Facebook’s physical and intellectual assets are safe and secure and make informed decisions to protect Meta's reputation. Meta is seeking a Global Security Protective Services Operations Manager to work full-time on a dynamic Protective Services team. The role is broad and involves strong operational, strategic, and interpersonal skills. The Operations Manager interfaces with employees and support staff across multiple teams within and outside of Meta. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Principles of Protection, that will allow them to think independently, make constructive recommendations for program improvements, and problem solve quickly.We are looking for a customer service oriented individual that is diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, works very well both independently and in a team, and has demonstrated excellent judgment and decision-making skills. This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Protective Services.Required Skills: Maintain a high level of physical fitness.

Ability to create, plan and review Executive Protections Operational documents.
Plan, coordinate, and manage safety and security resources for large scale Meta Executive Protection missions.
Serve as a liaison to executive and stakeholders for all matters regarding high-risk/visibility travel or events. Develop relationship with domestic and international law enforcement and government counterparts, as well as private sector peers worldwide to help facilitate travel and event security.
Develop and oversee standard operating procedures for administrative projects. Oversee security team inventories to include field gear, travel kits, and vehicles. Manage operational budgets. Assist with setting up the day-to-day operations.
Plan, organize, and execute travel as it relates to the security program.
Collect, analyze, and disseminate information in a timely manner.
Coordinate regularly with cross-functional team members, internal team units, and various service providers.
National and international travel may be required, in addition to some night and weekend assignments.
Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Executive Protection, protection of individuals, or similar assignment.
Experience in protection strategies, tactics, and technology.
Presentation experience.
Experience in organizing international trips for individuals.
Experience in solving logistical problems, or leading a team of agents.
Experience analyzing information, determine contexts, take appropriate action, and choose the course of action.
Experience communicating, presenting and fielding questions from Executives and their staff.
Interpersonal experience and customer service mentality.
Communication experience to include: listening, precision questioning.
Project management experience to include: organization, communications, documentation, and cross group collaboration.
Problem solving experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Foreign language, overseas work experience, travel, and professional network development.
Experience analyzing intelligence and threat reports to determine the risk level to a location, event or a person to scope resources appropriately.
Excellent attention-to-detail, communication, organizational and customer service skills.
