Overview:This role is targeted for a highly energetic and passionate individual responsible for designing, developing, and delivering new training programs and initiatives. Development, implementation and improvement of contact center day-to-day Training operations. Develop and maintain adequate staff and training material. Assess training needs of various projects. Oversee and manage all training functions including staff.Responsibilities:Develop a needs assessment process and create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations.

Conduct training needs assessments and oversee the training function.

Develop, compose and compile training materials and other training aids such as equipment and visual aids.

Development of courses to include customer service and technical support.

Maintain liaison efforts with client to ensure all deadlines and expectations surrounding reporting and training events are met or exceeded.

Manage, lead, motivate and develop training team members.

Write performance evaluations of training staff.

Coordinate efforts to ensure the full utilization of all site training facilities, processes, resources, and equipment.

Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.

Resolve and respond to training issues and questions from leaders and employees on the application and interpretation of processes, company policies and current legislation.

Maintain monthly reporting for all training events which will need to be accurately documented for all lines. Updates to Department Managers, Client Services, and Client weekly, and monthly.

Promotes the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with employees, vendors, customers and the community.

Incorporates, administers, and monitors operating budget for the training department

Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by Operations Manager or other WFM leadership.

Qualifications:One year of call center training experience required

Flexible hours/days are a requirement.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Strong presentation and public-speaking skills

Strong verbal, listening, and written communications skills required

Excellent attendance history is required.

Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong desire to help others learn

Understanding of Adult Learning Principles

JOB OVERVIEW –The Contract Manager at the Montana Department of Corrections plays a crucial role in overseeing community corrections contracts for the Community Corrections Facilities & Programs Bureau. The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring contractual compliance, coordinating project initiatives, and managing amendments to contracts as business needs evolve. By utilizing strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of department policies and state regulations, the Contract Manager monitors facility compliance, oversees quality assurance processes, and resolves issues that arise between facilities, offenders, and their families. This role also plays a key role in managing offender placement and length of stay while collaborating with various divisions within the department. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure and monitor compliance of contracts for prerelease centers and treatment facilities through effective communication. Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the division\'s compliance with policy and best practices. Participate in audit processes, provide input on applicability, and ensure corrective action plans are executed. Review and assess corrective actions taken by contracted facilities following audits to ensure full compliance. Establish criteria, formulate projects, and assess program effectiveness in alignment with the bureau procedures. Coordinate with the health services staff to ensure adequate health care for offenders. Investigate and resolve issues between contracted facilities and offenders, as well as their relatives and acquaintances. Utilize contract requirements, regulations, and knowledge of criminal justice and case management practices to address operational and program issues concerning offender welfare, placement, and discipline. Disseminate accurate information in a timely and courteous manner to various stakeholders, including contractors, offenders, families, and criminal justice system staff. Monitor the length of stay of offenders placed in contracted facilities, ensuring timely release and cost-effective measures. Review and approve Length of Stay extension requests from facilities, considering the needs of the offender, public safety, and specific offender circumstances. The Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of contracts for community corrections facilities, thereby contributing to the department\'s commitment to public safety and offender welfare. This role demands a strong understanding of contractual compliance, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
