Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Meta is seeking a Sourcing Specialist that has experience in a global Source-to-Pay environment. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with business teams across the company to understand their business objectives and bring in the right third-party partner to support their business needs. Candidates should love problem-solving, partnering to deliver solutions, and demonstrate a passion for customer service. This is a unique opportunity that will help Meta realize organizational cost savings to meet Meta’s performance objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global company, and possess strong skills in prioritization, time management, customer service, teamwork, and collaboration.Required Skills: Review and facilitate requests for goods and services to ensure the request is handled in a timely manner through the optimal purchasing channels to optimize total cost, comply with policies.

Act as a procurement subject matter expert when consulting with business partners to identify, develop and deploy best practice procurement, category, and supplier management.

Consult with and advise business partners on policies and processes regarding their purchasing needs, and troubleshoot/problem solve their questions and issues.

Develop and manage RFx events (including rapid sourcing events) throughout the lifecycle and negotiate with suppliers to generate the best total cost and quality for Meta.

Support the development and application of selection criteria and evaluation methodologies to meet the complex needs of business partners.

Ensure requests for goods and/or services comply with internal policies to reduce downstream holds and positively impact payment cycles.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal business partners to share best practices, and also understand and challenge business decisions.

Build and maintain effective relationships with third party suppliers to ensure compliance with Meta policies and business performance expectations.

Develop and maintain accurate and complete documentation for operational processes such as category playbooks or any other process.

Assist in special team projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of Procurement Operations and/or Source-to-Pay experience

BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or other related field

Experience in planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and supplier management

Experience working with ERP systems, contract management, eSourcing, workflow, and project management tools

Understanding of Indirect and Direct Procurement across multiple spend categories

Experience with process improvement and scaling processes

Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing KPI and CSAT measurements

Experience running quarterly business reviews (QBRs) Strong communication skills and proficient in stakeholder management

Experience building relationships and maintains a positive approach

Familiarity and experience with sourcing and procurement processes and related activities, e.g. RFI, RFP, scopes of work, negotiating, contracting, etc.

Experience multitasking, prioritizing, and executing efficiently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite Great attention to detail, and thinks independently and outside-the-box

Data analytical skills

Experience working with enterprise engineers and/or project managers on internal purchasing tools
