Job DescriptionNew Hires based in the US & Puerto Rico will be required to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or qualify for a medical or religious exemption or accommodation to this vaccination requirement, subject to applicable law.The Associate Director reports to the US Marketing Leader for the Clostridioides Difficile (C.Diff) & Cytomegalovirus (CMV) franchise within the Hospital Specialty Business Unit (HSBU). This Engagement Strategy and Execution role will be accountable for driving the execution of Brand Strategy for our products through collaboration with the Digital Engagement Team (DET), Sales Leadership, Learning & Development, and Brand Communications across 2 sales teams (Hospital and Virology). This role will oversee customer engagement effectiveness. Additionally, this role will be responsible for overseeing data analytics and customer insights to evaluate performance and diagnose areas of opportunity.Key Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:Lead customer engagement and execution activities aligned to brand strategy

Partner with DET and Sales/ Sales Leadership in all aspects of preparation, planning and ongoing integration related to product promotion, customer engagement and execution

Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Training to identify and prioritize training and development

Lead strategy for segmentation, targeting, KPIs, meetings, and communications

Leverage customer journey, insights, and engagement data to maximize execution

Responsible for the development of all execution resources

This position will require outstanding leadership in many areas of Product Management including strategy and extended team leadership, ability to build alignment across diverse teams, and problem-solving skills. The candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration across the brand and extended teams in order to achieve effective execution of the developed strategy.Education Requirements:Required: BA/BS

Preferred: MBA

Required Experience and Skills:A minimum of 2 years Pharma/biotech experience OR a minimum of 3 years combined strategic marketing, brand management, sales or business support experience in any industry, is required

Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations

Demonstrates high degree of integrity and ethics

Preferred Experience and SkillsStrong project management skills as demonstrated by prioritizing activities, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery

Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams

Experience in a highly regulated environment (with medical/legal review processes)

Works effectively in fast paced and time constrained situations

Proven ability to drive execution

Experience in hospital segment, infectious disease arena

Experience in or working with sales organizations.
