Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: The CO Supply Planning Manager role will focus on informing and managing the CO End to End global Supply planning, allocation automation and scalability for teams and programs within Global Operations with focus on Community Operations; a multi-thousand headcount operation spread across a broad global footprint. You will partner closely with a variety of teams including Global Outsourcing, Partner Operations, Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Finance, Data Analytics and multiple teams within Community Operations and their counterparts to create tools to drive visibility to our physical footprint and resource utilization (headcount), inform decisions on work allocation and help plan capacity across a complex set of operations.Required Skills: Manage a high-performing team in a heavily cross-functional operations organization

Manage and lead the CO end to end global supply planning process

Partner with various cross functional teams to create tools to drive resource utilization and guide location footprint strategy

Drive projects from abstract ideation, design through proof-of-concept, creating concrete execution plans

Define, build and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify and iterate on opportunities for optimization

Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions

Develop, coach, and mentor team members

Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience leading teams

3+ years experience leading virtual teams

Structured problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organization

Culturally aware and sensitive to empathically manage global teams

Experience leading and coaching teams in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Build and maintain relationships across various functional partners

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with leadership as well as individual contributors at all levels, both inside and outside of a company

Experience prioritizing and managing projects and tasks simultaneously under timelines and shifting priorities

Experience with lean six sigma methodologies

Direct experience with supporting Global Operations
