JOB DESCRIPTION:
Impact Solutions, Inc. is looking to hire our next Recruiter/Processor for our Recruiting Department. Our Driver Recruiters are responsible for things such as; Coordinating with a designated company employee, on new driver applicants, serving as point person for potential drivers during recruiting process, responding to inquiries from prospective drivers and making outbound calls in response to various leads, conducting phone interviews and pre-qualifying company drivers according to company requirements, and meeting or exceeding weekly calls and hiring goals.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must have knowledge and experience in office procedures and have experience using Excel.
Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing; pleasant telephone manner; able to think on feet when dealing with callers.
Must be organized.
Must have excellent problem solving skills.
Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team here at Impact Solutions, Inc.
