Full time job is 9 hour days 4-5 days a week. Pay approx. 325 to 380 take home per week , Experience with tire work but someone with plenty of mechanical experience will be fine. There is room to move up in pay and extra hours from time to time. Pay can get to 400-650. But normal starting is the 325 to 380 take home per week. We are offering Vacation and Supplemental insurance, as well as very steady pay you can rely upon. Gross Pay before taxes is higher, the numbers seen above are your actual check amounts typically. Pay period is Saturday thru Friday and paychecks are available for pickup on Monday after 4:30 pm

Must be available any day 8-530 SEVEN DAYS A WEEK
Must have phone for call in purposes, when we need you.
Poor attendance Isn't acceptable whatsoever if you have had these problems before, don't waste our time.
Please be aware that you must stay busy when working here we do many things other than just tire and auto work when we have downtime.
We are a full service tire shop, the job can get hard from time to time.

The pay listed above is typically your take home pay, gross pay before taxes is higher, we pay a attendance bonus that equals 1 dollar per hour of your base pay amount, bonuses are a weekly incentive to be at work on time and to show up, they are approximately totaling 40-50 dollars and they will pay for a few taxis to work and this will ensure we have employees and that you have a job. Sometimes people do not have a ride to work this incentive will help us both, you do have to be awake early enough to utilize a taxi to keep your bonus however. Also If you do not own car or cannot legally drive it, I doubt you will work out. Most who do not own a car aren't willing to pay for rides, or walk, bike ride, or pay for taxis. And eventually just don't have a job here. Some quit, some fired, either way, don't waste your time or ours learning this profession.
Our pay period is Saturday thru Friday with checks Available for pickup on the Monday following giving us 3 days to get the hours, pay and checks written.
