CNC MACHINISTS
Grace Precision Products is seeking a skilled Machinists capable of operating a CNC Lathe or a CNC Mill. Machinists should be able to setup and must have experience with Live Tooling.
⢠Must have a good work ethic.
⢠Must be able to complete tasks with minimal management supervision.
⢠Must be able to follow directions.
⢠Requires hands-on and technical knowledge in operating CNC Mills and Lathes.
Candidate Requirements:
⢠MUST have a minimum of 3 years CNC machining experience.
⢠MUST be able to set up machines.
⢠Having your own measuring tools a plus.
⢠Must have good math skills; High School diploma or GED completion.
Job Requirements:
⢠Proficient in the use of CNC Lathes or CNC Mills.
⢠Inspect and validate Machined Parts and make adjustments when required.
⢠Ability to hold tight machine tolerances in a production environment.
⢠Thorough knowledge in tool management, setup and offset tooling.
⢠Ability to maximize machine operating capacity efficiently and effectively.
⢠Proficient in reading drawings and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
⢠Proficient understanding and usage of measuring instruments.
⢠Must be comfortable with in-process inspection procedures.
⢠Be detail oriented and able to visually check parts for defects to insure high tolerance to quality.
⢠Participate in troubleshooting and solving production related problems.
