WorkSource in Siloam Springs is now hiring for Fabricators for a manufacturer located in Gravette. To qualify, you should have previous production experience and a stable work history.
Responsibilities
- Read work orders or examine parts to determine parts or sections of products to be produced
- Measure and cut products to specified dimensions, using measuring and cutting instruments
- Set the proper operating temperature for each casting
- Trim or remove excess material, using scrapers, knives or band saws
- Provide communication on any issues with the assembly process
- Meet order deadlines by working productively and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous production experience preferred
- Stable work history required
- Ability to work with hands and a variety of tools
- Great teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable standing, twisting, bending, turning and lifting up to 75-100lbs consistently
- Capable of working in hot environments, especially during the summer season
