We currently have an opening in Overland Park for a Manager at a large apartment complex. Must have property management experience and preferably be familiar with One Site.
This position will require 40 hours per week. Must have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task, have great computer & phone skills. Duties include showing & renting apartments, all the paperwork included in leasing, answering the phones, helping prospective residents & current residents, posting rent money, pulling reports, making service requests, filing, assisting with all aspects of helping to run an office. Walking vacant/occupied units and the property for any pending move ins/in house transfers and/or repairs needing done. Bank runs daily, as well as store runs for specific community events and Open Houses. Must be able to delegate, train, schedule maintenance staff and vendors for all projects.
