Our apartment community needs to fill an immediate opening for the position of Leasing Agent. We operate a 300+-unit property in an excellent location. As a Leasing Agent, you will become the public face of our property and the key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective renters. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience and can offer competent service. They must also have strong Internet, word processing and data entry skills, responsible for submitting service requests, perform credit and background checks, tour with prospective renters, prepare and execute lease paperwork, communicate with supervisors and interact with existing and potential residents in person and online. Leasing consultants must be goal-oriented team players with strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through abilities. Multiple language skills may also be helpful in this market.
Prefer at least 1+ years experience in leasing, hospitality or admin work or sales/marketing. Saturday hours will be required. Systems used are OneSite, Yieldstar, Lead2Lease, Rhino, Active Building, Weblisters and others. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and KRLTA law.
