opportunities for adding Client Success Specialist positions within our
Abbott Rapid Diagnostics - Toxicology business (eScreen) located in KansasCity, MO or Richmond, VA . In this role, you will provide
day-to-day support to key Enterprise National Accounts clients ensuring their
successful set-up and support for application, training, order fulfillment and
act as Administrator for customer accounts. You will work consultatively with
cross-functional teams within Abbott to meet client needs and ensure a positive

Amember of the Key Account onboarding process, team ensuring that internalresources are engaged as needed for a flawless execution and utilizationof product.

Primary day-to-day contact forsupport
Liaison between customer andordering fulfillment (GBS)

Conduct Quarterly BusinessReview updates and overall account health reporting
Possible 20 - 30% travel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree orequivalent combination of education and work experience required
2 years of supporting keyenterprise strategic accounts
Demonstrated ability toprovide customer service to large Enterprise accounts.
Experience with CorporateCulture along with ability to manage customer relations via phone, emailand in-person.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be a technology-mindedperson with a comfort level using internal and Microsoft officeapplications; creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets; using digitalconference applications (WebEx, Skype); using CRMs; and other similarplatforms to track projects and document details.
Knowledge of Abbott productsand software applications a plus
Needs to understand data andbe able to analyze and articulate data findings to internal and externalleadership
Must be an extremely organizedperson who can manage several open issues and continue to work them untilclosed with resolution; while working on all special projects
Must have proven skills andexperience in extensive interactive client relationships
Must have strongorganizational, follow up skills and attention for details to successfullymanage competing priorities and build credibility with clients
Excellent verbal/written communicationsskills
Ability to work independentlyand exercise judgement
Exceptional time managementskills and ability to self-motivate
Ability to interface withother departments to manage needed deliverables for clients
Ability to work in a matrixenvironment
