Job LocationCincinnatiJob DescriptionAs the Workday Architect - Security, you will partner with others in our HR organization and provide solutions guidance and design/strategy support for variety of cross application security solutions. This includes understanding business challenges, maintaining understanding of Workday functionality, designing solutions, and development of functional requirements. Broad Workday security knowledge which will enable you to guide the overall design of the application through the ideation and inception phases; and providing direction to the configuration team.WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:Posses consulting, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skillsHave excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in diverse environment and effectively collaborate across teamRemote / work from home / location free available.Job QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience with Workday security

Deep knowledge of domains, security architecture, fields, and data objects in Workday

Experience in global organization

Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
