Job summary:The Identity Governance Analyst will be responsible for providing technical expertise needed to assist in design, development, test, implement, and maintain our Identity & Access Governance solution. They will also provide secondary support to our privileged access management and identity & access management environment. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business on security issues, ensuring that the company's information assets are properly protected, is essential. In this role you will also be required to provide security services and expertise on internal technology projectsResponsibilities:
Monitoring day to day operation of Identity Governance (IGA) solution and take correction actions where necessary to ensure successful management of identities
Assist in monitoring day to day operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution and take correction actions where necessary to ensure successful management of identities
Assist in monitoring day to day operation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution and take correction actions where necessary to ensure successful management of identities
Serves as escalation point for identity Governance support on the Identity team
Identifies, creates and shepherds use cases for IGA improvement
Coordinate the response, triage and escalation activities for IGA anomalies affecting the company's user base with the Identity team
Must be able to present to different audiences and adjust accordingly (business, technical and management) either structured presentations or ad-hoc reporting
Must be able to establish and maintain business relationships with individual contributors as well as management
Participate in efforts to develop and improve process/procedure manuals and documentation
Maintains a continuous process improvement work environment by recommending and implementing new/improved processes in accordance with existing policy, industry standards and best practices
Provide high quality customer service by listening and understanding the needs of the stake holders
Communicate successes and opportunities, set expectations and facilitate delivery of commitments
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relating to Identity & Access Governance, Identity Management & Privileged Access Management
Identify and communicate IGA issues that could impact business operations Qualifications:
3+ years of working experience in managing an Identity & Access Governance System
3+ years MS-SQL query and stored procedure experience (Oracle and/or DB2 a plus)
Strong understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC) and role mining methods
2+ years PowerShell scripting experience (.Net and/or REST a plus)
Must be proficient with the following: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, persuasively and credibly with internal and external customers and various levels of management both verbally and in written form
Self-starter with the ability to work independently or within a dynamic team environment
Attention to detail, logical and analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving capability
Adept with analyzing and resolving complex authentication, integration, and automation issues
Security industry relevant certifications a plus.
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation creation, databases and email software required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Proficient at least one with the following Identity & Access Governance solutions: Sailpoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, RSA certification management, IBM Security Identity Governance and Administration, Oracle Identity Governance Suite, Saviynt Cloud Access Governance & Intelligence, CA Identity Governance, NetIQ Identity Governance
1+ years of working experience in managing a Privileged Access Management System
Proficient at least one with the following Privileged Identity Management solutions: CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Centrify, Thycotic
1+ year of working experience in managing an Identity & Access Management system
Proficient with the following: Azure AD, Microsoft MIM/Forefront Identity Management
1+ year of working experience in Identity Management integration with cloud services such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud
Fluency in a second major language applicable to the region supported
Additional Technical certifications are a plus
