The right candidate for this job does not need recipes. They have a large repertoire of ethnic and classic dishes they know how to prepare from scratch, without recipes. They know how to choose the best tomato from a pile of tomatoes, can judge without a doubt whether fish is fresh or past its prime, and craves the opportunity to show their mastery of many different cooking techniques.
In addition to the qualities above, you'll need for this job:a very dependable vehicle you own and do not sharea clean background and the ability to pass drug tests if requested3+ years experience as a cook in a professional, scratch kitchena smart phone with a data plan and access to the internet from home
