Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for driving consumer loyalty for the client's business through; exceptional customer service, warranty support, pre-purchase support, technical assistance, and problem resolution. The representative portrays a positive image for the company by accurately addressing all customer inquiries professionally and courteously. The representative provides superior customer service and acts as the customer advocate to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction.
The warehouse associate will have the following attributes: - Excellent verbal, written, customer service, and analytical skills - Computer skills/Typing skills, MS Office - Professional phone etiquette - Ability to multi-task, reacts well to pressure, treats others with respect - Identifies and resolves problems promptly - Prioritizes and plans work activities - Focuses on solving conflicts and listening to others
