We are a 47 year old Kitchen hood and grease exhaust cleaning company that is considered the best in the business so quality work ethic is required. Shop is located in the Lees Summit area. Crews meet at shop and drive work vehicle to various customer sites. NON DRIVERS NEED NOT APPLY AS WE DRIVE COMPANY TRUCKS TO THE JOB SITES
We are a growing company that has never had layoffs in our history. A number of our staff have been with us for 10-20 years and more. Projects will be both home in the Kansas City Metro area and outstate. Travel in Missouri/Kansas and surrounding states required. Overnight stays may be required in some areas. When out of town, this includes (in addition to the wages, earned PTO, benefits, and performance bonuses) paid hotel, travel, and meals(sustenance) expenses along with the ability to earn even more extra bonuses when on the road. Must have valid drivers license with a good driving record that passes our insurance companies requirements. Background check and drug screening will be required. This is mostly overnight work although the hours can and do vary. No experience needed. Training is provided. Physical job requirements include being able to lift at least 100 lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, etc. This can and will be dirty work as we do clean kitchen exhaust systems for a living. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED- WE WILL TRAIN. Ages 21 and over please
Trainees START at a base pay of $15.20/HR(includes $1 per hour on time bonus that is additional to the performance bonuses, must be punctual). Experienced Crew leaders and supervisors START at a base pay of $16-$18+ per hour(must be punctual). Bonuses and benefits are paid IN ADDITION to the base pay.

Responsibilities and Duties
Cleaning kitchen grease exhaust vent systems, kitchen equipment, and other items as requested. Driving company vans and vehicles to and from job sites. Set up work trucks prior to leaving for job sites. Set up job sites and work trucks for cleanings. Set up and operation of various pressure washing equipment and chemical applications. Manual removal of heavier buildup with various scrapers and mechanical equipment. Minor repair work on some equipment. Fill out proper reports. Document cleanings and deficiencies with digital cameras. Communicate with customers and other staff, plus various other duties as requested and needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have valid drivers license with a good driving record that passes our insurance companies requirements. Background check and drug screening will be required. Must be able to work varied hours including mostly 3rd shift overnight hours. No experience needed. Training is provided. Physical job requirements include being able to lift at least 100 lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, ability to read work orders and instructions, Ability to fill out job reports and work with computers and digital cameras, ability to work with hand tools and various small power tools.
