Growing Lawn and Landscape company looking for full-time employees to join our team! Hiring for the following positions.
1. Mowing Crew Leader: Position includes working as part of mowing team full-time. Must have valid drivers license. Must be willing to work 50-60 hours per week and available some Saturdays.
2. Hybrid Lawn/Landscape: Position would include working within numerous divisions of the company including light landscaping, fertilizing, and irrigation. Work will be based on current projects on the schedule. Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following fields: landscaping, fertilizing or irrigation. Being mechanically inclined and able to work on equipment is a plus. Diverse position that gets to work on many different projects - everyday is different!
Qualifications and Skills:
⢠Experience in lawn and landscape industry
⢠Able to follow instructions and manage assignments with little supervision
⢠Troubleshooting equipment to make appropriate repairs - recommended but not required
⢠Willing to work as part of team and assist irrigation and/or fertilizing technicians when needed
⢠Driver's license required
⢠Must have reliable transportation to and from work
