Our Warehouse Associates have the responsibility of providing complete customer satisfaction through their focus on quality, efficiency and accuracy in picking, packing, shipping, Inventory movement and kitting. Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Processing customer orders by picking product, checking orders for accuracy, packing, shipping and loading. Duties could also include kitting, stocking, inventory control or processing returned goods. Keep work environment and warehouse clean and free of debris. Be an active participant in continuous improvement activities. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform work quickly and accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on the task at hand. Thrive in a team-oriented work environment. Flexible to work overtime as needed. Be an active participant in continuous improvement activities. Strong organizational, time management and communication skills. Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures. Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. Equipment operators require the ability to operate material handling equipment (fork trucks, pallet jacks). Prior lift equipment experience required. Knowledge & Education: General warehouse procedures and skills. Read, understand and utilize both RF scanners and computers. A high school graduate with some experience preferred. Exposure to AS400 is a plus. Basic mathematical skills Ability to read English is required. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to access all areas of the facility. Noise level for this environment is moderate.
