MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST
Under limited supervision, operate computer-controlled machines and robots to perform one or more machine function on metal parts. Set up, operate, and tend welding robots that weld metal parts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up and operation of manufacturing equipment, including troubleshooting and light maintenance of automated machines, equipment, and tools
Perform quality checks according to documentation
Operate computer systems to input production and test data
Train others as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
A minimum of six months' experience as a machine operator
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical aptitude, writing and basic math skills are required
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with others in a team environment
English fluency for safety, training and documentation purposes. Good oral and written communication skills
Stable work history with good references
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or nationally recognized regionally accredited equivalent required
