Individual is needed as Manager's Assistant:
Responsibilities:
Some designing experience preferred
Designing business Cards, T-Shirts Etc. for printing
learning and assisting vinyl cutting as needed
Must be able to multitask and assist as needed
Auditing and Entering transactions as needed
Auditing other employees and giving report
Making phone calls as needed
Checking phone messages
Keeping office clean an organized as needed
Reporting to manager
Printing Invoices needed
Must have knowledge in Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and have some typing skills.
