Job Summary: Actively seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for a class A apartment community. As the Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for presenting and leasing properties to prospective lessors. The goal is scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. The ideal candidate must be a team player, have great leadership and sales skills as well as be able to provide exceptional service to the apartment community.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Demonstrating the apartment, qualifying prospects and preparing lease documentation.
Developing programs to ensure the community meets or exceeds its occupancy goals.
Responsible for thorough knowledge of corporate leasing techniques and sales methods.
Responsible for thorough knowledge of the property, surrounding areas and competitors.
Maintaining a professional attitude at all times to create a positive environment for residents.
Experience Required: Three to Five years in community leasing
Additional Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, strong lease closing skills
