Have you worked at an auto parts store at the counter assisting customers? Do you know auto or boat parts or have experience with either one? Is researching to find solutions your thing? Are you customer oriented? Are you a whiz with computers?
If so, we are looking for you to join our team with an Eastern Jackson county business. Responsibilities include locating and sourcing parts for customers and handling customer service related items.
You would be working with our customers via our sales channels, retail walk-ins, phone and chat inquiries. Our systems are fully automated so computer skills are a must. Experience with customer service via phone and chat require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The hours for this full-time, permanent position are different for our two distinct selling seasons.
January through March and October through December Monday Friday 9:45 6:15.
During the season, April through September, the hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:15 -7:15 (half-hour lunch) and Saturday 9:00 3:00. During the season there may also be occasional overtime.
